Order & Payment

How do I place an order?

To place an order, open the product description page and then click on add to cart to add to cart. You can adjust order quantity either on the description page while adding to the cart or at the checkout out page. Enter your billing address, shipping address, name, and payment information. If no shipping address is showing for your location, that means the order will only be shipped to your confirmed billing address.

How do I enter a shipping address?

To enter your shipping address, enter your shipping address on the shipping address field after the billing information. You can click on the box to copy your billing address to your shipping address, or you can copy and paste. If there’s no shipping address field, we will only ship to your confirmed billing address.

When will my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged right after you checkout. Once your bank clears the payment, we will start processing your order.

Which currency will I be charged in?

The currency will be displayed in your local currency automatically based on your IP address to the equivalent of US dollars. We will charge you the equivalent in US dollars. So the price you see on our listing is what you will pay after the conversion rate.

How will the charge show up on my credit card or bank statement?

Once your order is placed and payment is made, the charge will show on your bank or credit card statement as BASELINEDEALS.COM.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Once we receive your order, we send your order information to the manufacturer immediately or at the end of the business day. Depending on your order status we will determine if it can still be canceled or changed.

Do I need an account to place an order?

At checkout, you will have the option to create an account or log in to your existing account.

What shipping methods are available?

After you add your products to the cart, on the checkout page after entering your billing information and shipping address, it will show you all available shipping methods for your order. If there’s no address field that means we will only ship to your confirmed billing address.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. The total processing time and delivery time is around 15-20 business days. International orders could take an additional week or two.

What is the status of my order?

Once you place your order, we will send you an email with your order details. If you did not receive the email, please check your junk mail folder. You can also log in to your account and check the order status in your account page.

Why is my tracking number isn't working?

The tracking number can take 1 to 2 business days to appear on the carrier website.  If the tracking number doesn’t show up after a few days, please contact our customer service.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

You are responsible for all international fees, import fees, and any other fees if any associated with your order.

Returns & refunds

Do you accept returns?

We offer a 30 days return domestically and internationally from the date your item is delivered. Item must be returned with all parts in the original packaging and condition it was received.

What if my package arrive damaged?

If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with pictures of the damaged package.

Are returns free?

We will offer free returns for mistakes we might make as shipping the wrong item, the wrong color, the item arrived broken, etc… both domestically and internationally.

Customers are responsible for returning labels under any other circumstances such as the customer changing his/her mind, doesn’t need the product anymore, etc…

*** If the item arrived broken, take pictures and contact us immediately otherwise we may not accept your return.

Where is my refund?

We can give you a store credit or send you a refund upon your choice. In the case of a refund, it might take us up to 2 weeks to process your refund, and depending on your bank it might take up to 30 days for your refund to show up on your statement.

We will send you an email once your refund is processed or you can check under your account.
